How Can We Google More Effectively?

Current Google provides almost all type of information in a similar way - list of web pages. But Each information needs a different manner of mediation. A different way of visualisation. Therefore I decided to create Google of tomorrow. I am focused on a new way of spreading information and communication. I created new tools which help to achieve this vision. These tools operate in augmented reality. My diploma is mainly work of design fiction and information design. I use extrapolation to create possible future scenarios. Future abilities of Google tools are extrapolated from its current technologies.
Family therapy as a tool of help and intervention for parents of minor children in divorce proceedings

Introduction of family therapy as a tool of assistance and state intervention in divorce proceedings. This is the case in cases where the parents themselves are unable to agree on the custody of the children before the divorce and are in dispute. Faults affecting the success of nursery schools management

The thesis concerns itself with the identification of common faults in school management with special focus on nursery schools. It compares the findings from literature with personal experience of selected nursery school headmasters. Its main objectives are to define the areas of high risk potential for mistake genesis and to find appropriate recommendations as to how to approach these faults. General perception of the found risk factors, and ways to approach them was subsequently verified in a survey. Lessons drawn from the faults should be perceived positively as a way to success and development. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. In practical part six interviews with nursery school headmasters were carried out and more than one hundred and twenty statements in the form of a questionnaire were obtained. A summarizing result of both parts of the thesis is a set of advice for beginner headmasters.

Damage caused by information or advice - Czech adaptation, DCFR and PETL Abstract This thesis deals with liability for damage caused by administration of incorrect information or harmful advice, which is governed by Section 2950 of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., The Civil Code. At the same time, it deals with its relation to the documents of the European legislative groups, namely the document of the Principles of European Tort Law (PETL), and the Draft Common Frame of Reference (DCFR). The aim of this thesis is to introduce annotated provision, its inclusion in the systematics of the Civil Code and to outline the possibilities and requirements of its application. This goal was also necessary to subject to an examination of the view of PETL and DCFR European documents, which inspired the legislative decision to include the annotated provision in its current form into the Code and even it was an inspiration for the creation of the Civic Code itself. In the context of introducing the annotated provision, it was necessary to develop the individual topics that formed the basis for accountability according to Civil Code in general, in the concrete in relation to the annnotated provision and, finally, in relation to the intentions of the PETL and DCFR European documents. Social communication skills of special teachers working with children with Asperger's syndrome

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the communication-social competence of a special teachers in working with children with Asperger syndrome. The thesis aims at compiling a set of communication - social competences of a special pedagogue resulting from the current situation and possibilities of pupils' education with Asperger syndrome. It also maps the situation around the inclusion of these children in the education system and defines the different status of a special teachers in relation to the occupation of his profession in relation to this target group. The theoretical part describes the position of a special teachers in the current system of education and defines the individual roles of a special educator with regard to the content of his work. It also deals with the definition of the term Asperger syndrome and the problem areas of this disability. This part of the thesis is also a pedagogical diagnosis of children with AS and its tools and possibilities of education of these individuals. In connection with the above mentioned information it also describes the communication - social competences of the special teachers necessary for its work with children with Asperger syndrome and the necessary legislative and other resources that define these competencies. In connection with the fulfillment of the aim of the bachelor thesis, qualitative research was used in the practical part and a case study method was chosen as a research project. This part of the thesis contains a pre-survey that maps the current situation of inclusion of children with Asperger syndrome in the Czech Republic's education system within individual regions, and two case studies describing the position of a special school teacher working at a primary school primary school and the position of a special educator operating in a special pedagogical center. The output of the bachelor thesis is a compressive formulation of a set of communication - social competences of a special teachers obtained on the basis of conclusions of the theoretical and practical part of this work. The conclusions from the research show that the necessary communication and social competences arise not only from the specifics of working with children with Asperger syndrome but also from other necessary personal and professional abilities. The bachelor thesis can serve as a study material for students of pedagogical disciplines and for special teachers who deal with this issue. Furthermore, this work can also provide information to parents of children with Asperger syndrome and the wider pedagogical public.

The abstract The main aim of the thesis is preparation of the edition of an educational text by Simon Lomnický from Budeč. My work includes the correction of grammar, syntactic and ortographic errors, some of them need special decision, which has no influence on the uniqueness of the middle czech language. I have also analysed main themes and motives, which were similar to the themes of an another same genre books. The end of the life of Simon Lomnicky wasn't very happy and there were a lot of bad legends about his political behavior and his death during 19 th century,, which was destroyed on the beggening of the 20th century. I was also trying to find the origin of these rumors and make decision of its.

The abstract The main aim of the thesis is preparation of the edition of an educational text by Simon Lomnicky from Budeč. My work is aimed on the adaptation and analyse of a moralizing text by Lomnicky. I have analysed his book, Instruction or The short eduction for young hundsman, her evolution during three centuries, differences among editions from 16th, 18th and 19th century and her dependence on source book, The sentences and educations of the great philosophes. The reflection of Lomnicky's life has been changing very fast and dramatically, I have tried to find out reasons of peremptory changes.

Anotace: Tato diplomová práce se věnuje vzdělávání a přípravou dětí z ústavní výchovy na samostatný život. V teoretické části najdeme především okolnosti a příčiny pobytu dětí v ústavních zařízeních, funkce jednotlivých zařízení a také, jak se této přípravě jednotlivé organizace pro děti s nařízenou ústavní výchovou věnují. Nedílnou součástí je analýza jednotlivých nevládních organizací na území hlavního města Prahy, které děti v tomto směru vzdělávají a pomáhají jim s přechodem do samostatného života. Praktická část se zaměřuje na jeden ze střednědobých vzdělávacích projektů, který umožňuje svým klientům vyzkoušet si úkoly patřící k samostatnému životu v bezpečném prostředí, ještě než ústavní zařízení opustí. Praktickou část tvoří především kvalitativní výzkum provedený metodou rozhovoru, které vycházejí z cílů projektu. Výzkum zjišťuje znalosti a dovednosti klientů, které si během kurzu osvojili.
